Here is a cake that I have made to donate to my boys school summer fair to raffle. It is 10" sponge. Everything on it is edible.

Mamma Mia

This is the birthday cake that I made for my niece. I was not expecting to be in Geurnsey for her birthday so did not have any tools or equipment but thanks to the internet we got there.

I made the cookies to go in the party bags at the end of her Abba disco. The cupcakes were for her to take into school for her classmates.

Open Book Anniversary cake

It has been a bit quiet on the cake front since I have been posted and am living in the mess. Not quite so easy to do cakes in a single man room.

Here is one that I have just finished. It is half fruit and half sponge to celebrate a golden wedding and the lady was also 70 the same week.
