First wonky cake
Here is my first wonky cake. I did it today at a workshop in Somerset. The cake was provided as was all the materials and tools. Fab day out where I learnt many new things. Need to try a tiered version now.
Traceys Wedding cake
Here is a wedding cake that is made for a ceremony in Gretna Green on Thursday. There will be a matching cutting carrot cake for the evening reception on Saturday. The cake is not real - just a dummy - 9" double depth, 7" standard depth and 5" 1 1/2 depth. The flowers are from the patchwork cutters fantasy flowers set.
It is my cake stand that they will be borrowing.

Mamma Mia
This is the birthday cake that I made for my niece. I was not expecting to be in Geurnsey for her birthday so did not have any tools or equipment but thanks to the internet we got there.
I made the cookies to go in the party bags at the end of her Abba disco. The cupcakes were for her to take into school for her classmates.

Emma & Joe's Wedding Cake
This is my first wedding cake. There are 20 mini fruit cakes that were for the guests at the reception. They were to be presented as favours in acetate boxes. The 3 tier cakes is a dummy cake to allow it to be displayed all evening for the 200 guests at the evening receiption to see. Then there are four 10" cutting cakes to be served as dessert at the evening buffet. The flavours were - vanilla sponge, Lemon sponge, chocolate fudge cake and carrot cake.

R2D2
This is Charlie & James's birthday cake for their star wars party. Not the best picture but i was in a bit of a rush. The top dome was cooked in a pyrex bowl and the body was made from 3 x 7" sponges. The legs were rice Krispy squares moulded into shape.
I found the idea for the cake from http://www.bsideblog.com/
